Chicken thighs stuffed with oyster mushroom

Chicken and stuffing are always a popular dinner duo because chicken thighs are the the juiciest part of a chicken moreover inexpensive and highly versatile. 

Fresh oyster mushrooms can now be found in supermarkets and farmer's markets alongside our friendly but less-expensive common store mushroom. Cultivated oyster mushrooms are not only sweet tasting but versatile, because they can be used as a subtle flavoring agent in many ways. 


I prefer oyster compared the button mushromms because it is much more juicy. Balancing the juice comes from mushrooms I added here toasted rolls and got a crispy, tasty filling. You will need only basic seasoning such as onion, black pepper, garlic and salt. Follow the steps here and ingredients, directions below the recipes section.
