Chocolate yeast rolls with raisins

Prepare this easy made cocholate pastry at home and feel the smell of bakery in your kitchen.

This cake is a little bit time consuming because of leavening the dough but once you want to surprise your family with warm and fresh bakery just prepare this chocolate rolls. I added the raisins into the dough and prepared a chocolate filling from cocoa powder, sugar and warm butter.

Otherwise you may vary the filling just replace the raisins with candied orange, plum, cranberries, or instead of cocoa powder use chocolate chips or cinnamon. Steps are quite simple first knead the dough let it rise, roll out, strew with chocolate filling, roll up, cut it and bake in a preheated oven. You can find the recipe below.
