This is an easy method, you dont need to have rice paper only strudel dough which is available in most of the shops. Traditional Vietnamese shrimp and pork spring rolls that you will find at Vietnamese restaurants will have noodles and covered with Rice Paper Wrappers. The noodles are nice fillers and add body to the spring rolls. Normally no need to add noodles to homemade spring rolls because it makes more filling and used to enjoy eating spring rolls filled with extra vegetables, it is more healthy. Spring roll can be an easy and fast dinner but you can serve on party as starter to grilled cuts as well.

Cut the vegetables somehow equal small size and take care not simmer more than 5 minutes because wrapped with dough you will continue the frying more 15 minutes in the oven. How can you wrap it? Take a sheet and half it since grease, stick togehther with extra oil. Than cut them with a knife equal 4 parts and you will get around 5cmX10cm rectangles. On the middle heap up 1-2 spoon lukewarm filling. Than wrap fist the smaller sides after roll it carefully and put the rolls on baking paper. The cut parts has to be down side. You may grease the rolls with oil and bake it for 10-15 minutes on 140 C degree in preheated oven. Best to serve as hot as prepared and if you prefer you can add some chili sauce or soy sauce accompanist.
