Exactly it is a perfect children food, fast and not so expensive. Stew the peas on butter for 5 minutes and add the sugar, salt. Continue the braise till the sugar slightly caramelized. Thereafter add the water till cover the peas and cook for 20 minutes. Disperse the flour in sour cream, if it is needed add 2-3 tablespoon water. When it is plane, remove the peas from the heat and mix the cream into it. Continue the boiling just for 5-10 minutes, be careful and stir it. You can serve with fried eggs.
