Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, pour over the chocolate mixture and fold in. Add the flour, nuts and cinnamon to the chocolate mixture. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C, pour the mixture into the prepared 20cm square tin, making sure it goes right into the corners and bake for 25-30 minutes. The top should be crusty with a slight wobble underneath. ool completely in the tin and then cut into squares.
