Nutella pancake
  • 50 Dekagram (dkg) flour
  • 3 Decilitre (dl) sparkling water
  • 4 Decilitre (dl) milk
  • 3 Piece eggs
  • 1 Tea spoon (tsp) baking powder
  • 2 Table spoon (tbsp) butter
  • 1 Table spoon (tbsp) oil
  • 12 Table spoon (tbsp) nutella for filling

Everybody love the chocolate pancake but it worth to try with nutella (type of peanut cream) and if you have a piece of banana at home you can slice it also into filling, it will be a perfect dessert. Put at first eggs into a bowl and mix it with egg-beater and gradually add water and flour thereafter the remaining ingredients. You may balance the density adding more water or flour. Preheat the gridde and some drop of oil and you can start to bake the pancakes. Just serve with nutella in a regular rolling form or you can pile up on each other the pancakes without rolling getting a cake. On top of just pour off with melted chocolate.
