Pritamin pepper stuffed with cottage cheese
  • 4 Piece red pepper (pritamin)
  • 250 Gram (g) cottage cheese
  • 2 Decilitre (dl) sour cream
  • 1 Piece onion
  • 2 Tea spoon (tsp) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
  • 1 Peck cumin grounded

This is a very simple starter or perfect food for dinner. Pritamin pepper is a special sweet red pepper but if you don't find this type at grocery just use any red and well ripe peppers. Chop the onion, salt is and set aside for 5 minutes. Remove the seeds from the pepper and place on a plate. Mix the onion, red sweet pepper powder, and cumin with cottage cheese and sour cream, using a fork. If the cream is homogenious just stuff the peppers with a fork and ready to serve. Garnish with sweet paprika or any other fresh herbs.
