These bacon wrapped chicken fingers are easy dinner for any time as it takes only few minutes to prepare it. Cut the chicken breast into 8 cm long stirps. Preheat a seasoned iron cast skillet on stove top, over medium heat, and rub a little oil over it. Salt and strew with garlic each chicken breast strip. Wrap bacon slice around each chicken strip and place in the skillet, loose end down. Saute chicken strips for a few minutes of each side, until it starts to golden on a medium-low heat approx. for 15-20 minutes. Serve with fresh salad or pottage.
