This meatball recipe is classic and simple, you can serve as fingerfood however you can add to any type of sauce like italian tomato or asian coconut sauce, the variation is unlimited. If you prepare you can add minced beef of half of the meat.
First chop the onion finely and toast it in a frying pan with salt and 1 tablespoon oil, let it cool. Mix all the ingredients together (onion as well) in a bowl with a spoon or your hands or blender. Form the meat into balls and arrange on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Preheat oven to 180C degrees and cook until golden brown approx. 30-40 minutes. Serve at once, or store for future recipes as can be frozen for couple of weeks.
