  • 2 Slice bread
  • 2 Tea spoon (tsp) butter
  • 4 Table spoon (tbsp) cheese, grated
  • 1 Piece small red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tea spoon (tsp) paprika cream
  • 1 Peck salt

This is a tasty cheese sandwich recipe because added toasted onion and sweet paprika cream. Completely butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the onion slices, salt and sprinkle the top with any type of cheese usable for grilling. Preheat the oven on 160-180 C degree, take a baking paper covered pan and bake the slices until cheese getting melted (5-8 minutes) until light browned. Garnish cheese sandwich with sweet or hot paprika cream (named pirosarany) and serve with hot tea. I like this sandwich at cold winter evening especially.
