Shimei mushroom is so delicious I decided to prepare a simple sandwich using of it. Wash and separate the mushroom slices. Toast on a tablespoon oil, salt and pepper. Half the rolls and toast it. Please some iceberg salad, mayonnaise and mushroom on top of it. Serve hot.
