  • 3 Table spoon (tbsp) oil
  • 4 Piece garlic cloves
  • 1 Tea spoon (tsp) black pepper grounded
  • 3 Tea spoon (tsp) salt

This marinade (mustard and garlic) give clear flavor to pork and emphasize the taste of meat the best, use a bit greasy fillet. Whisk together the olive oil, chopped garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place the pork fillet in a large resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before cooking. Take a frying pan, and start to roast on high temperature at since all the two sides will braun (5-6 minutes per sides). Than reduce the heat to medium, add 1 glass of water and fry the pork 45-50 minutes with covered frying pan. This marinade perfect to grilling pork fillet as well. Serve with green salad.
