Stew is prepared with sweet paprika which gives a unique taste to liver. First sautee the onion and garlic on oil and once it is light yellow just add the liver and continue to toast it. After stirring and frying for 5 minutes remove from heat and add sweet paprika, pepper and salt, stir and add enough water to cover the liver. If you prefer add a piece of chili as well. Cook the liver on medium heat about 30-40 minutes. Serve with boiled potato or cooked rice and pickles.
