This is a colorful grilled saslik and very easy to make it. First wash all the ingredients. Cut the chicken for 1cmx2cm slices and salt it. Than cut the small red onion for 4 part. Cut the paprika and bacon 1cmx1cm pieces. Take a stick and start to impale with a mushroom, than chicken, bacon, onion and paprika and continue this order. Put the skewers in a plastic box and sprinkle with oil and slightly salt it. Put to refrigerator for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven or grill for 180 celsius degree and bake it for 20-30 minutes. In first 10 minutes cover it until the meat getting soft after just grill it.
