Ususally trout is prepared with lemon and thyme, now I added more spicies like sweet paprika which also fit to fish foods. Prepare the trouts for grilling, wash and scratch the scales. Wipe the remaining water from the fish with paper hand towels. Slice the lemon and stuff the stomach cavity with 2 slices lemon and 2 thyme branches and salt the inner side. Mix the salt, paprika, garlic with 2 tablespoon oil in a glass. Grease the outside of fish with this mixture and wrap up into baking paper. Bake it in on medium heat approx 20-30 minutes in the oven. Serve with fresh salad or mashed potato.
