Ingredients
pizza dough
  • 450 Gram (g) flour
  • 215 Millilitre (ml) water
  • 1 Table spoon (tbsp) salt
  • 3 Table spoon (tbsp) olive oil
topping
  • 1 Piece onion big
  • 20 Dekagram (dkg) bacon
  • 10 Dekagram (dkg) smoked cheese
  • 2 Piece tomato
  • 2 Table spoon (tbsp) corn
  • 25 Gram (g) cake yeast

It's a perfect party food especially for kids, because these are small pieces and they don't need to eat too much at once. First dissolve the yeast in a small amount of tepid water and add a peck of sugar. After 5 minutes knead a pizza dough from flour, oil, tepid water and yeast mixture. Set aside for 40 minutes till the dough rises. Than mould on floured pastry board, knead a roll and roll out 1 cm thin. Take a normal glass and tear small circles. Place on baking paper and flat with your hands.

Wash and chop the vegetables and mix them in a bowl. Add a peck of salt and a tablespoon oil. If you like may add some herbs like thyme or basil too. Cut the bacon also small pieces and mix with vegetambe mixture. Mass this topping in the middle of each dough and strew with grated smoked cheese. Bake it in preheated oven on 180 C degree for 15-20 minutes.
