This is a preferred traditional food especially end of summer and autumn. Sweet tomato sauce with salty stuffed paprika is unique and especially savory.Mix up the minced meat, salt, black pepper, sweet pepper, rice and egg thereafter form 5 cm balls. Stuff these balls into 6 white paprika (of course previously removed the seed from it), the remaining balls will be cooked also. Boil the tomato juice a peck of salt and put the stuffed paprika and meat balls into it. Cook them until the rice and meat is soft (approx. 45 minutes).
Take out the paprika and balls from tomato juice. Toast the flour on oil till almond color and add a cup of tomato juice, boil it a minute and add the other part of the juice and sugar also. The whole comes like a sauce, slightly dense. If it is boiled add the paprika and meat balls again and cook just 5 minutes together with the sauce again.
