This salad is easy and delicious spring side dish to any fried meat however with a slice of fresh bread is filling for dinner too. Cook the potato with its peel, drain and peel it. Cut into small cubes. Wash and tear the lettuce. In a medium size glass bowl mix the salt, pepper, sour cream and mayonnaise well. Toss with lettuce and potato. Serve immediately, slat and pepper as you like.
