Toasted cauliflower pasta salad

  • 20 Dekagram (dkg) cauliflower
  • 20 Dekagram (dkg) pasta
  • 1 Table spoon (tbsp) butter
  • 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
  • 2 Peck black pepper grounded
  • 1 Table spoon (tbsp) lemon juice
  • 2 Table spoon (tbsp) toasted seeds (walnut, almond or peanut)

This is a light summer salad, easy to prepare and the toasted cauliflower gives a unique flavor and smell. Clean the cauliflower and cut small 2 cm pieces, it is important tu cut otherwise the big parts won't be soft and roasted. Melt the mutter in frying pan and roast the cauliflower on high degree approx it takes 5-10 minutes. Than add the salt, pepper and lemon juice. Meanwhile cook the pasta al-dente in salted water. Drain the pasta and add to cauliflower, stir is once and you can serve it on top of with roasted seeds.
