This is a fresh and spicy spring salad. First prepare the sweet chili dressing, boil the water with sugar and make a sugar syrup. When the syrup reduced for half add the chili flakes and cook it for 5 minutes, add a peck of salt too. Wash the lettuce, radish and spring onion. Quarter the salad and redish and slice the onion. Place to a plate in the middle of lettuce and finally sprinkle with cranberries and sweet chili dressing.
