Method

This potato is baked with peel in whole. First you need to wash the potatoes and scrub them very well. Take a pan and bake the potato pn 180 C degree for 80 minutes. Once you removed the potatoes from the oven put into a bowl and sprinkle with 0.5 dl water and immediately cover it, set aside for 5 minutes. This process will make softened the peel. Until the potato cooked you can prepare the garlic butter which is quite simple. Just mix the salt, butter and garlic with a teaspoon. Before serving cut the top of potatoes and grease with a teaspoon garlic butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. It can be a side dish to roasted pork or chicken or a good steak.
