  • 1 Kilogram (kg) potato, first harvest
  • 50 Decilitre (dl) deep frying oil
  • 2 Tea spoon (tsp) sweet paprika powder
  • 2 Tea spoon (tsp) garlic powder
  • 2 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
  • 1 Tea spoon (tsp) dried thyme

This potato is best to make from first harvest small pieces. Just cook the potato (with peel) in water for 20 minutes or less. No need to be totally soft because you will fry it also. Than peel the warm potato and fry it in a hot oil around 10-15 minutes until the potatos getting browned. Take a jar and mix the spices. Once the potato is fried, as hot as you drained hint with spice mixture. Best to serve as side dish of stake or roast meat, however I love to eat with salad, having an easy dinner.
