  • 2 Table spoon (tbsp) oil

Method

This celery snack is perfect for dinner or any party, very tasty because of spices. You can serve with sweet mustard sauce or any favorite sauce you have. Trim and peel celery root and cut into 1 cm wide strips. In a large, baking paper covered roasting pan toss celery root with oil and mix of spices and roast in middle of oven 30 minutes. Stir celery root and reduce temperature to 375° F.
