As ramsons is available in spring season, I used to prepare this special grossini only once a year, however to the base dough can be added other spicies like garlic or onion. Its a perfect party snack. Take a glass of warm water, add the sugar and yeast and set aside for 5 minutes. Mix the flour, salt and chopped ramsons in a bowl and mix with yeast and gradually add the remaining tepid water. Knead the dough, gradually add the oil as well. If it is smooth just cover the bowl and put to a warm place (I used to lay into my bed). After 40 minutes put the dough onto floured board and cut 14 equal pieces. Spin the dumplings and bake it for 20 minutes on 160-180 Celsius degree.
