This is a light and easy vegetable soup with broccoli and carrots, which has flavor from the onions in it. Heat oil in pan, than add the finely chopped onion and peck of salt and sauté for 5 minutes. Add carrots and sauté for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and sauté for 5 minutes. Add water, salt and let it boil, once it has boiled, let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Add angel hair pasta, cook fo 5 minutes, season with grounded pepper as per your taste and serve hot.
