Vegetarian black bean loaf
  • 25 Dekagram (dkg) black bean (cooked or can), rinsed and drained
  • 1 Piece roll or slice of bread
  • 1 Piece egg
  • 1 Piece onion, small
  • 2 Piece garlic cloves
  • 1 Peck pepper
  • 1 Tea spoon (tsp) salt
  • 2 Tea spoon (tsp) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 Peck caraway grounded
  • 1 Piece chili or yalapeno
  • 2 Table spoon (tbsp) frying oil

This vegetarian bean loaf is perfect to bean burger or serve just with dips like ketchup, mustard, guacamole or chili sauce and fresh onion slices. In a medium sized bowl roughly smash the bean with a fork and mix with finely chopped onion and garlic, season the mixture. Cut the roll and place in a small bowl, add a decilitre water and take a rest for 5 minutes than twist and add to bean mixture. Stir with beaten egg and ready to fry the mixture. With 2 spoon form small balls and fry in a pan wit 1-2 tablespoon oil, it takes only 5-10 minutes, reverse once getting browned. Place on hand towels for a minutes and serve hot.
