I offer this traditional stew recipe who likes the chicken offals, like gizzard. After washing and cleaning the chicken gizzard cut it to 1 cm pieces. Chop the onion, garlik and toast it on vegetable oil meanwhile add the salt and later black pepper and cumin. After 5 minutes add the gizzard too and stew it together with spicy onion. If you simmer 15 minutes just add the sweet red pepper, chili and water to cover the gizzard. Morover you need to add the chopped green paprika and tomato and cook until the meat is soft (approx. 40-50 minutes). You can serve with boiled potato and pickles.
