This is a cheap and easy dinner recipe, tasty and healthy.
Sautee the finely chopped onion on oil, remove from heat and mix with peck of salt and sour cream. Wash the sauerkraut and lay in casserole pot. Grease the top of sauerkraut with sourcream mixture and bake on 180 C degree approx 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with fresh bread as dinner, however it can be served as side dish to any fried pork or poultry.
