This is a toasted cauliflower rice which served as side dish or you can eat with yogurt or sour cream for dinner. The toasted cauliflower has celestial taste and aroma, try it without any meat or additional spices. Take a crusher and place the cleaned couliflower in small dozens and shred it until looks like a rice. Preheat the oil in a large frying pan and toast the grated cauliflower until light browned and has a roasted aroma. Place this rice into a cup and form before serving. Best to serve hot.
