This is an easy and cheap fruit soup recipe, perfect light starter to fatty foods however you can mae it for dinner. Peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes the apple in cold water. Once it bring to boil add the sugar and spieces and cook it on medium heat for 15 minutes or until tender. Flavor with lemon juice. To condense the cooking juice, mix well the milk and flour in a jar and add to the apple soup, continue to cook 5-10 minutes. Serve warm or chilled with fresh bread.
