This vegetarian bean loaf is perfect to bean burger or serve just with dips like ketchup, mustard, guacamole or chili sauce and fresh onion slices. In a medium sized bowl roughly smash the bean with a fork and mix with finely chopped onion and garlic, season the mixture. Cut the roll and place in a small bowl, add a decilitre water and take a rest for 5 minutes than twist and add to bean mixture. Stir with beaten egg and ready to fry the mixture. With 2 spoon form small balls and fry in a pan wit 1-2 tablespoon oil, it takes only 5-10 minutes, reverse once getting browned. Place on hand towels for a minutes and serve hot.
