This is a very rich soup containing lot of smoked ham and alternatively you can add sausage as well. Rinse the bean for a night, next day start to cook with 2 litre water. Add the salt, garlic and bay, once the bean is soft add the vegetables and ham too. In another pot toast the flour and chopped onion on oil and add the sweet red pepper powder at the end. Remove from heat and add 1 dl water, it will ticken. Mix with soup this and cook more some minutes however add the noodles at same time. Serve with sour cream, parsely and fresh bread, perfect one course meal can be with lot of smoked ham.
