Preparing this fries takes a little bit more time than just throw the frost potato into the oven, but I guess the taste is not similar because of the first harvest. These are small round pieces of potatos and having totally different savor. If its not available at your market just use regular potato and quarter the bigger pieces after cooking in water. So this recipe consists of two steps, first you will cook the potato semi-soft and than deep-fry in a hot oil. After draining from the oil just season as you like. I offered here a seasoning recipe, but you can test another spices too like curry powder, sweet chili, black pepper, dried marjoram or rosemary.
