Method

I used to buy puff pastry which is available in most of the shops, packed in cut sheets. First you need to remove from refrigerator and let it melt just 15 minutes. Than take a floured board and knead the dough 2 mm thin. Cut the same size of triangles and in middle of one side drop a small 0,5 cm cut. Grease the dough with cream cheese, using a teaspoon and roll the croissant starting from the cut side going to the opposite corner. Put on baking paper lined oven and grease the top of the cakes with beaten egg. Bake it 20 minutes on 160 degree.
