Method

This is a cheese sandwich recipe added ham and made with sandwich maker. However you can grill in frying pan also. Grate the medium hard cheese. Butter the bread slice and place the ham slices and the cheese over the one slice an cover with the other slice of bread. Butter side on top. Grill for 3-5 minutes and serve hot with tomato and springonion.
