This is a light, fresh, crispy and easy lettuce salad recipe, traditionally served to stew in Hungary. Wash and drain lettuce leaves and cut with your fingers larger pieces. In a glass bowl mix 2 tbsp of sugar, vinegar, peck of salt and water, stir until the sugar dissolved. Plow the lettuce in this dressing, set aside not more than 10 minutes. Bestrew the top with caster sugar before serving.
