Herb butter is delicious with toast however you may add to top of steak too. This is a special one because ramsons is availabe only in April. Preparing herb butter is not so difficult, first you need to chop the ramsons leaves and mix all the ingredients in a small glass bowl with spoon until the butter is spumy. You can make higher doses because can be stored in refrigerator for days or can be frozen as well.
