Method

Pigs-in-a-blanket are so simple to make – they almost don’t require a recipe. First melt the puff pastry and cut equal 2cmx4cm strips. Grease with mustard these strips. Just for some minutes precook the hot dogs and if you have bigger one cut each of them for small pieaces as 3cm long. Than wrap up the hot dogs with greased puff pastry and put on baking paper covered pan. Grease the top of pastry with melted butter and strew with condiments or seeds whatever you like. I used to make condiments from equal quantum of salt, sweet paprika, black pepper and garlic flakes. Bake it for 10-15 minutes on 180 celsuis degree until the pastry will brown.
