The fudgy brownie layer only cooks 20 minutes. I stick it in the fridge to speed the cooling. It doesn't take long because it's thin. Slice it for medium squares and add the mint jelly layer with a teaspoon. Cover with a brownie slice, strew with icing sugar and ready to serve. It's so simple, new and decorative, isn't it?
