To twist the tenderloin requires a little chic, but you can learn the method easy because it is similar to weaving the hair. Starting from the bigger part of tenderloin make 2 cuts but dont cut fully. Add salt and grounded pepper and cover each layer with ramsons and than twist the meat. Take aluminium foil put the butter on top of meat and wrap up it. Bake it on medium heat at leas for 1,5 hours. Serve with green salad and add some more butter to meat before serving.
