This is an easy spring salad, fresh and no need so much ingredients, however the ramsons is available only for some weeks. First prepare the dressing from sugar, salt, vinegar and water. If the sugar dissolved add the cutted ramsons and mix with chopped salad and tomato. The dressing should be added to the salad only 5 minutes before you serve it.
